Born on September 27, 1986, in Los Angeles County, California, Arielle St. Cyr Vandenberg is the only child of Dirk and DeEtte Vandenberg. She was raised in Fallbrook, California, where she developed an early interest in the performing arts. At the age of five, she began studying ballet, tap, and jazz dancing, and later became involved in community theater productions. ​

Vandenberg's career in entertainment commenced in 2006 with appearances in television series such as "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation." She gained further recognition through roles in shows like "Greek," where she portrayed Lisa Lawson, and "Meet the Browns," playing London Sheraton. Her film credits include "Epic Movie" (2007), "The Ugly Truth" (2009), "Nerve" (2016), and "Airplane Mode" (2019). ​
